Hankinnan kohteena ovat ICT-peruspalvelut tämän osallistumispyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Puitejärjestelyn maksimiarvo on 9 000 000 euroa. Puitejärjestely voi olla voimassa maksimissaan neljä (4) vuotta tai siihen asti kunnes sen maksimiarvo on täynnä.
