Summa-järjestelmän hankinta Hankinnan kohteena on Summa-järjestelmä, joka sisältää järjestelmän toiminnallisuudet, käyttöönoton, integraatiot olemassa oleviin tietojärjestelmiin ja rajapintoihin, ylläpito- ja tukipalvelut sekä ratkaisun jatkokehittämisen sopimuskaudella. Summa-järjestelmässä käsitellään summaarisia riita-asioita. Summaariset riita-asiat ovat riidattomia asioita, jotka käräjäoikeus ratkaisee kirjallisessa menettelyssä. Näihin kuuluvat esimerkiksi vuokrasaatavat, kuluttajaluotot, puhelin- ja sähkölaskut sekä häätöä tai hallinnan palauttamista koskevat asiat. Summaarisia haastehakemuksia käsitellään tällä hetkellä yhdeksässä käräjäoikeudessa. Tavoitetilassa summaaristen velkomusasioiden käsittelyssä käytetään nykyaikaista ja yhtenäistä ratkaisua, joka mahdollistaa jatkuvasti kasvavien hakemusmäärien käsittelyn nopeasti ja luotettavasti.
