Sydänkeuhkokoneet Pohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen (Pohde) konsernipalveluiden hankintapalvelut pyytää tarjoustanne sydänkeuhkokoneista ja -koneiden laitetarvikkeista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Sydänkeuhkokoneita käytetään kehonulkoiseen verenkierron ohjaukseen ja valvontaan kardiopulmonaalisen perfuusion aikana. Tämä tarjouspyyntö on ehdollinen siten, että hankinta toteutetaan, jos sille on varattu riittävä määräraha talousarviossa vuosina 2026-2031. Yksi sydänkeuhkokone on tarkoitus hankkia vuonna 2026 tai vuonna 2027. Lisäksi yksi tai kaksi konetta hankitaan määrärahojen puitteissa myöhemmin. Laitteiden osalta sopimus on voimassa määräaikaisena 5 vuotta, ja sopimukselta voidaan hankkia enintään kolme sydänkeuhkokonetta. Laitetarvikkeiden osalta sopimus on voimassa määräaikaisena 5 vuotta ja jatkuu sen jälkeen toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Lisäksi tilaaja päättää erikseen mahdollisesta huoltosopimuksesta ja sen laajuudesta ennen takuuajan loppumista. Hankintayksikkö valitsee yhden Toimittajan, jonka ratkaisu on hinta-laatusuhteeltaan paras (kokonaistaloudellisesti edullisin). Tarjouspyynnössä ilmoitetut laitetarvikkeiden hankintamäärät ovat arvioituja kulutusmääriä, ja ne ilmoitetaan tarjoajille ainoastaan tarjouksen tekemisen tueksi. Hankintasopimus ei muodosta hankintayksikölle määräostovelvoitetta, vaan todellinen kulutus voi olla suurempi tai pienempi. Hyvinvointialue osoittaa määrärahat tämän tarjouspyynnön mukaisille hankinnoille kunakin vuonna erikseen. Hankintoja toteutetaan kunakin vuonna määrärahojen puitteissa.
