Toimintavarmuustestaustyökalun hankinta 2026 Liikenne- ja viestinvirasto Traficomin Kyberturvallisuuskeskus (jatkossa myös "KTK", "hankintayksikkö" tai "tilaaja") hankkii tällä tarjouspyynnöllä toimintavarmuustestauksen työkalun (jatkossa myös pelkkä "Tuote") käyttöönsä. Kyberturvallisuuskeskus toimii kansallisena salaustuotteiden hyväksyntäviranomaisena (CAA, Crypto Approval Authority). CAA-viranomaisen tehtäviin kuuluu turvallisuusluokiteltua tietoa suojaamaan tarkoitettujen salaustuotteiden arvioinnit ja hyväksynnät. Hankinnan kohteena olevaa tuotetta käytetään avuksi CAA-viranomaisen toiminnassa.,
