Turun kaupungin konsernihallinnon hankintapalvelut pyytää tarjouksia koskien Turun kaupungin sekä Business Turun, Turku 2029 -säätiön ja Visit Turku Archipelagon käyttöön hankittavia mainostoimistopalveluita ajalle 1.2.2027 (tavoite) – 31.1.2029, minkä jälkeen sopimusta voidaan Tilaajan päätöksellä jatkaa alkuperäisin ehdoin yhdellä (1) enintään kahden (2) vuoden pituisella optiolla. Turku 2029 -säätiön 800 -vuotisjuhla on tässä mukana optiona. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen (2) eri osa-alueeseen. Osa-alueiden kuvaukset on esitetty tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 1. Hankinnasta muodostetaan puitejärjestely osa-alueen Toimittajiksi valittujen kanssa. Osa-alueella 1 on enintään neljä (4) Toimittajaa. Osa-alueella 2 on enintään kaksi (2) Toimittajaa. Hankinnan ennakoitu arvo koko sopimuskaudelle optiokausi mukaan lukien on noin 3,2 miljoonaa euroa (alv 0 %).
