Hankintaan sisältyy ylläpitosiivousta, perussiivousta sekä ikkunoiden ja välilasien pesua. Tarjoaja voi tarjota laitoshuoltopalveluja valintansa mukaan joko yhdelle tai useammalle osa-alueelle 1. Pohjois-Uusimaa 2. Gradus ja Fokus 3. Länsi-Itä 4. Järvenpää 5. Espoo 6. Vantaa ja Sipoo 7. Helsinki-Pohjoinen 8. Pasila 9. Kanta Kaupunki KOHTEIDEN NÄYTÖT: HUS järjestää jokaiseen kohteeseen yhden näytön. Vahva suositus on, että tarjoaja osallistuu näyttöihin onnistuneen palvelutuotannon varmistamiseksi. Tilaaja valitsee yhden (1) Palveluntuottajan per osa-alue, jonka kanssa se tekee sopimuksen. Sopimuskausi on ensimmäisen (1) vuoden määräaikainen. Tämän jälkeen sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Hankinnan ennakoitu kokonaisarvo (alv 0%) on noin 7 720 000 euroa.
