Keravan kaupungin huoltokirja- ja kunnossapitojärjestelmän hankinta Keravan kaupunki pyytää tarjousta huoltokirja- ja kunnossapitojärjestelmästä. Keravan kaupunki omistaa ja hallinnoi laajaa kiinteistökantaa, johon kuuluu muun muassa: - kouluja - päiväkoteja - liikuntapaikkoja - toimistorakennuksia - muita kaupungin käytössä olevia rakennuksia. Kiinteistöjen hallinta edellyttää useiden eri tietojen ja prosessien yhteensovittamista, kuten: - kunnossapito ja huoltotehtävät - energiankulutus - vedenkulutus - olosuhdetiedot - hälytykset ja poikkeamat - raportointi ja analytiikka. Nykyisessä toimintaympäristössä näitä tietoja hallitaan useissa eri järjestelmissä sekä osittain manuaalisissa prosesseissa. Tiedon hajautuminen vaikeuttaa kokonaiskuvan muodostamista kiinteistöjen tilasta ja hidastaa päätöksentekoa.
