SR-urakka, Uudisrakennus, Helsinki, Lassila, Heka Lassila Hopeatie 14-16 ER Hankinnan kohteena on seniorikeskuksen rakentaminen Helsingin Lassilaan kiinteähintaisena SR-urakkana sisältäen rakennusteknisten töiden lisäksi kaikki LVISA-työt sekä kaiken tarvittavan suunnittelun. Rakennettava kohde sijaitsee Haagan kaupunginosassa Lassilassa kehäradan itäpuolella. Hanke on purkavaa uudisrakentamista. Nykyisestä korttelista 29176 puretaan 3 kpl Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy:n (Heka) vuonna 1978 valmistuneet asuinrakennukset ja niidet pihat. Optiona korttelista 29175 puretaan 1 kpl Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy:n (Heka) vuonna 1978 valmistunut asuinrakennus ja piha. Hankkeessa suunnitellaan pitkäaikaista ympärivuorokautista hoitaa ikääntyneille tarjoava seniorikeskus Helsingin kaupungin sosiaali- ja terveystoimialalle (Sotepe). Hankkeessa rakennetaan seniorikeskus, joka liittyy toiminnallisesti Hopeatien nykyiseen palvelutaloon. Hankkeen laajuus poikkeaa kaavan mukaisesta ratkaisusta. Suunnittelun lähtökohdaksi tulee hyödyntää tarjouspyynnön mukana olevat viitesuunnitelmat ja tilaohjelma. SR-urakkaan lukeutuvat: - tontti 29176/5, Heka Lassila Hopeatie 14-16 ER - tontti 29175/6 pysäköinti - purkusuunnitelmat ja -työt Suunnittelu voidaan aloittaa esisopimuksen allekirjoituksen jälkeen. Rakennustyön arvioitu alkamisajankohta on 10/2027 ja työt tulee aloittaa viimeistään 12/2027.
