MARKKINAVUOROPUHELUKUTSU: Koulukuljetukset Tämä on kutsu markkinavuoropuheluun, joka koskee Turun kaupungin koulukuljetuksia (taksikuljetukset). Markkinavuoropuhelussa olisi tarkoitus keskustella Turun kaupungin suunnitelmista tulevaan koulukuljetusten kilpailutukseen liittyen. Markkinavuoropuhelun avulla tarkennetaan toimittajalle asetettuja vaatimuksia, palvelun vaatimuksia ja muita sopimusehtoja sekä tarjousten vertailuperusteita tulevaa kilpailutusta varten. Markkinavuoropuhelut järjestetään Tiistaina 13.10.2026 klo 12-16 välillä Sampotalolla, osoitteessa Yliopistonkatu 27a. Tilaisuudet järjestetään kahdenkeskisesti, tarjoaja kerrallaan. Yhden tarjoajan kanssa neuvotteluaikaa varataan n. 50 min. Lämpimästi tervetuloa! Tämä ilmoitus ei ole hankintailmoitus eikä tarjouspyyntö, vaan kutsu markkinavuoropuheluun, jolla pyritään kartoittamaan markkinoita ja toteutusmahdollisuuksia. Tietopyyntö/ kutsu ei sido siihen vastanneita. Vastauksilla on vaikutusta hankinnan toteutuksessa sekä ne voivat vähentää tarvetta esittää kysymyksiä kilpailutuksen käynnissä oloaikana. Hankintayksikkö ei sitoudu toteuttamaan hankintaa markkinakartoituksen perusteella, eivätkä esitetyt kuvaukset / määritykset sido tilaajaa.
