Tietoturvapalveluiden teknologiaratkaisut 2026-2034 (DPS) Istekki Oy pyytää osallistumishakemuksia dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään (DPS), jonka kohteena ovat tietoturvapalveluiden teknologiaratkaisut. DPS:n kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteessä "Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kohde". DPS:n keston aikana kaikki kiinnostuneet ehdokkaat voivat tehdä siihen osallistumishakemuksen. DPS on voimassa hankintailmoituksessa ilmoitettuun päivään asti, ellei sitä keskeytetä tai muuteta DPS:n voimassaollessa. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään hyväksytään kaikki ehdokkaat, jotka täyttävät ehdokkaille asetetut soveltuvuusvaatimukset. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään hyväksyttävien ehdokkaiden määrää ei ole rajoitettu. Ehdokas hakeutuu dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään jättämällä osallistumishakemuksen. Istekki Oy toteuttaa hankinnat DPS:ään hyväksyttyjen ehdokkaiden kesken DPS:n sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla, jotka voivat ajoittua DPS:n koko hankintavaiheen ajalle. DPS:n hankintavaihe alkaa perustamisvaiheen jälkeen ja päättyy DPS:n voimassaoloajan päättyessä. Istekki Oy voi halutessaan lyhentää tai pidentää dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kestoa julkaisemalla siitä hankintailmoituksen. Istekki Oy voi myös korottaa hankinnan arvoa julkaisemalla siitä hankintailmoituksen. Dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä on perustamisvaiheen jälkeen vuosittain suljettuna heinäkuun ajan. Lisäksi Istekki Oy pidättää itsellään oikeuden sulkea tilapäisesti osallistumishakemuksien jättämisen dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään sen voimassaolon aikana (esim. loma-ajat).
