Elintarvikkeet ja non-food tuotteet 2022–2026 (DPS) Tämän dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (myöhemmin DPS) kohteena ovat Helsingin kaupungin toimipisteiden sekä Helsingin konsernihankinta Oy:n käyttämät elintarvikkeet sekä vähäisessä määrin ammattikeittiön toimintaa tukevat non-food -tuotteet, kuten keittiöiden tarvitsemat kattaustarvikkeet ja ruoanvalmistusvälineet. Lisäksi dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kohteena ovat näiden tuotteiden tilaamiseen ja käyttämiseen liittyvät palvelut, kuten logistiikkapalvelut. DPS:n kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. DPS on hankintakanava täydentämään, tai olemaan vaihtoehto, olemassa olevan elintarvikkeiden puitesopimusten kautta tehtäville elintarvikehankinnoille.
