Osallistumispyyntö: Väestövastuullisen ammatinharjoittajalääkäripalvelun hankinta Hankinnan kohteena on yleislääkäri palveluiden hankinta ammatinharjoittajalääkärimallin mukaiseen työskentelyyn Länsi-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialueelle. Hankittavalla palvelulla tuotetaan yleislääkäripalvelut kokonaisvaltaisesti sovitulle vastuuväestölle. Hankittava palvelu sisältää vastaanottokäynnit, etäkontaktit, toimenpiteet, reseptityön, lausunnot, kuntoutussuunnitelmat sekä vastuuväestöä koskeviin muiden ammattilaisten konsultaatioihin vastaamisen. Sopimus on voimassa toistaiseksi ja sopimus astuu voimaan, kun molemmat Osapuolet ovat sen allekirjoittaneet. Tarkempi kuvaus hankinnan sisällöstä on tarjouspyynnön liitteellä 1.
