Defibrillaattorit ja tarvikkeet DPS Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialue perustaa dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (DPS) defibrillaattoreista ja tarvikkeista. Hankinnan kohteena ovat defibrillaattorit, niihin liittyvät laitesidonnaiset tarvikkeet (myös nykyiseen laitekantaan yhteensopivat tuotteet) sekä mahdolliset huoltopalvelut. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään kuuluvat seuraavat laitteet: 1. Puoliautomaattinen defibrillaattori (AED) ja tarvikkeet: - defibrillaattori AED - defibrillaattori AED rytminäyttö 2. Monitoimidefibrillaattori ja tarvikkeet: - defibrillaattori monitori manuaalinen - defibrillaattori vaativan käytön ensihoito Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisissä kilpailutuksissa tarkennetaan ja määritellään kilpailutettavat tuotteet sekä käyttöpaikat hyvinvointialueella. Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialue hyväksyy järjestelmään kaikki osallistumishakemuksen jättäneet ehdokkaat, jotka täyttävät asetetut soveltuvuusvaatimukset. Hankinnat tehdään dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisällä erillisillä tarjouspyynnöillä eli sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla. Dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä on voimassa 31.12.2030 saakka, ellei sitä erillisellä ilmoituksella lyhennetä tai pidennetä. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän perustamisvaiheessa osallistumishakemus tulee jättää määräaikaan 29.4.2026 klo 12:00 mennessä. Perustamisvaiheen aikana ei tehdä dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisiä kilpailutuksia. Hankintavaiheeseen siirrytään perustamisvaiheen jälkeen. Dynaamisella hankintajärjestelmällä hankitaan defibrillaattoreita sekä laitekohtaisia kulutustarvikkeita koko hyvinvointialueelle. Järjestelmään voi jättää osallistumishakemuksia koko järjestelmän voimassaoloajan. Hankintayksikkö voi tilapäisesti keskeyttää DPS:n esim. lomakaudella. Järjestelmän ollessa suljettuna ei sisäisiä kilpailutuksia ole mahdollista tehdä. Osallistumishakemuksia on mahdollista jättää keskeytyksen aikana ja ne käsitellään 10 työpäivän kuluessa, kun järjestelmä avataan uudelleen.
