Kiinteistönhuoltopalvelut DPS Pohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue (Pohde) perustaa dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (DPS), jolla hankitaan tässä osallistumispyynnössä kuvattuja palveluita Pohteen tarpeisiin. Hankintayksikkö kilpailuttaa hankinnat erillisillä DPS:n sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla, joihin voivat osallistua järjestelmään hyväksytyt toimittajat. Hankintayksikkö hyväksyy järjestelmään kaikki osallistumishakemuksen jättäneet ehdokkaat, jotka täyttävät ehdokkaille asetetut soveltuvuusvaatimukset. Hankinnan kohteena on Pohteen omistamien ja hallinnoimien kiinteistöjen kiinteistönhuoltopalvelut. Tulevat hankinnat voivat kohdistua minne tahansa hyvinvointialueen alueella. Kiinteistönhuoltopalvelut sisältävät mm. - Kiinteistöteknisten järjestelmien huolto ja tarkastukset (LVI, sähkö, automaatio) - Rakenteiden ja pintojen kunnossapito - Ulkoalueiden hoito (lumityöt, hiekoitus, viheralueiden hoito) - Muut kiinteistönhoitoon liittyvät tehtävät Ensimmäinen sisäinen kilpailutus julkaistaan arviolta vuoden 2026 alkupuolella. Hankintayksiköllä on oikeus tarvittaessa hankkia palveluita myös dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän ulkopuolella, esimerkiksi erillisten kilpailutusten, suorahankintojen tai voimassa olevien sopimustensa perusteella. Dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä on voimassa 31.1.2036 saakka, ellei sitä erillisellä ilmoituksella lyhennetä tai pidennetä. Sähköisen huutokaupan käyttäminen sisäisissä kilpailutuksissa on mahdollista. DPS hankintamenettelynä on kuvattu liitteessä "DPS hankintamenettelyn kuvaus".,
