Dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä: Vuokraperusteiset tilaratkaisut Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kohteena on tilaratkaisujen hankinta vuokraamalla. Tulevat hankinnat voivat kohdistua minkä tahansa Pohteen toimitilatarpeen täyttämiseen käyttötarkoituksesta riippumatta. Tilavuokran lisäksi hankinnan kohteeseen voi kuulua huolto- ja ylläpitopalveluja. Lisäksi hankinnan kohde voi sisältää tilaratkaisujen vuokraukseen liittyviä suunnittelu- tai muita asiantuntijapalveluja, joita voidaan toteuttaa erillisissä tai vuokraamista edeltävissä kehitysprojekteissa. Lisäksi hankinnan kohde voi sisältää muuta tilaratkaisujen vuokraukseen liittyviä urakoita tai tavarahankintoja. Hankinta voi sisältää myös irtaimiston hankintaa toimittajan kautta. Dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä on voimassa vuoden 2035 loppuun saakka, ellei hankintayksikkö lyhennä tai pidennä dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kestoa.
