Ajoneuvot DPS (henkilö- ja pakettiautot) Satakunnan hyvinvointialue pyytää osallistumishakemustanne uusista henkilö- ja pakettiautoista tämän osallistumispyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Kyseessä on dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä (DPS), jonka kautta kilpailutetaan yksittäiset ajoneuvohankinnat. Hankinnan ennakoitu kalenterivuosittainen arvonlisäveroton arvo on noin 0 – 1.000.000,00 euroa. Kyseessä on arvio, joka ei sido hankintayksikköä. Ennakoitu arvo voi olla suurempikin, erityisesti jos optioita käytetään. Henkilö- ja pakettiautojen hankinnassa käytetään Tilaajan omia rahoitusratkaisuja, jolloin toimittaja myy auton suoraan Tilaajalle tai Tilaajan osoittamalle rahoituskumppanille. Hankinta ei koske huoltoleasing sopimuksilla hankittavia autoja. Hankintaa ei ole jaettu osiin, koska se ei ole tarkoituksenmukaista, kun kyseessä on DPS. DPS:ään voi jättää osallistumishakemuksia koko sen keston ajan. DPS:ään otetaan mukaan kaikki soveltuvuusvaatimukset täyttävät ehdokkaat.
