Paikkatietoasiantuntijapalvelut (DPS) Hankinnan kohde sisältää KYMP & Kaupunkimalliprojektiin osaprojekteissa tehtäviä erilaisia paikkatietoasiantuntijan tehtäviä. Hankinnan kohde sisältää seuraavia tehtäviä: 1. Paikkatietoaineistojen ja 3D-tietomallien käsittely, yhdistely, analysointi, muokkaus, dokumentointi ja analyysiraportointi. 2. Paikkatietoaineistojen ja 3D tietomallien menetelmäkehitys ja dokumentointi. Hankinnan kohde voi sisältää tietojen integroimistehtäviä kaupungin olemassa oleviin paikkatiedon julkaisujärjestelmiin kuten 3D-kaupunkitietomalli ja paikkatietorajapintapalvelut yhdessä kaupungin paikkatietoasiantuntijoiden kanssa. Eri aineistoja (perinteiset kaksiulotteiset paikkatietoaineistot, 3D-paikkatietoaineistot, 3D-kaupunkitietomalli) käsitellään sekä yhdessä että erikseen. Osaprojektien tavoitteena on 3D-kaupunkitietomallin hyödyntäminen. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisen kilpailutuksen tarjouspyyntö voi sisältää sekä tehtävää 1 että tehtävää 2 tai vain toista niistä. Toimeksiannon spatiaalinen laajuus voi olla rajattu esimerkiksi hankealueen mukaan tai kokonaistarkastelu koko kaupungin alueelle. Toimeksianto voi sisältää aikasarjojen ja vaihtoehtojen mallintamista, arviointia ja analysointia. Toimeksiantoihin voi liittyä vuorovaikutusta osallisiin, työpajoja, projektipalavereja ja raportointia. Tarjoajalla tulee olla käytössä paikkatiedon käsittelyyn tarkoitettu ohjelma, joka on yhteensopiva Helsingin kaupungin käytössä olevien ohjelmien kanssa. Tilaajan tällä hetkellä käytössä olevat paikkatiedon käsittelyyn tarkoitetut ohjelmat ovat esitetty osallistumispyynnön liitteessä 1 Tiedostomuodot ja muut tilaajan käytössä olevat ohjelmat ja tiedostomuodot liitteessä 2 Ohje digitaalisesta aineistosta. Aineisto ja tulokset tulee luovuttaa tilaajalle sähköisessä muodossa. Luovutetusta tietoaineistosta tulee olla kuvaus, mitä se sisältää. Tilaaja määrittelee tulosten ulkoasun ja tiedostomuodon toimeksiantokohtaisesti.,
