Sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon henkilökuljetuspalvelut – Päiväautot ja reitit (DPS) Satakunnan Hyvinvointialue (myöhemmin Hankintayksikkö) perustaa dynaamisen kaltaisen hankintajärjestelmän, jolla tarkoitetaan sähköistä hankintamenettelyä (DPS eli Dynamic Purchasing System). Hankinnan kohteena on Satakunnan hyvinvointialueen Sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon henkilökuljetuspalvelut – Päiväautot ja reitit -kuljetusten hankkiminen tilaajan tarpeisiin dynaamisen toimittajarekisterin kautta. Hankinnan kohteena ovat päiväauto- ja reittikuljetussopimukset, joilla hoidetaan sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon lainsäädäntöön perustuvia tilaajan asiakkaiden ja potilaiden yksilöllisiä ja ryhmäkuljetuksia sekä muita sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon järjestämiseen liittyviä, tarpeen mukaisia kuljetuksia. Kuljetuspalvelu pitää sisällään tarpeen mukaisen ajoneuvon sekä kuljettajan. Kuljetusten kokonaisvaltaisesta ohjauksesta, tilausvälityksestä, reitityksestä sekä autoilijatilityksistä vastaa tilaajan kyydinvälitys. Varsinaiset hankinnat tehdään dynaamisen toimittajarekisterin sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla. Hankinnan kohde ja sitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu seuraavissa liitteissä: Liite 1. DPS kuvaus 25-090 Liite 2. Palvelukuvausluonnos DPS 25-090 Mukaan haluavien ehdokkaiden tulee jättää osallistumishakemuksensa sähköisessä kilpailutusjärjestelmässä (tarjouspalvelu.fi) viimeistään 12.1.2026 klo 12:00. Tämän jälkeen osallistumisvaihe päättyy, mutta ehdokas voi jättää osallistumishakemuksen, jotka hankintayksikkö käsittelee liitteen 1. mukaisessa aikataulussa (kohta 3.),
