Rekrytointipalvelut Tällä hankintailmoituksella perustetaan dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä (DPS). DPS:n kohteena ovat rekrytointipalvelut. Tätä DPS:ää voivat käyttää Kokkolan kaupunki, Kokkolan Vesi ja seuraavat tytäryhtiöt: Kokkolanseudun Kehitys Oy, Työplus Yhtiöt Oy, KIP Infra Oy, Kokkolan Satama Oy, Nuorisokeskus Villa Elba, Kokkolan Talohoito Oy ja Kokkolan Energia Oy. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmään voi jättää osallistumishakemuksia koko sen keston ajan. Se on voimassa hankintailmoituksessa ilmoitettuun päivään asti, ellei sitä keskeytetä tai muuteta dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän voimassaollessa. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään voi hakea tarjoajaksi, jos täyttää ESPD-lomakkeella ja "muut ehdot"-kohdassa ilmoitetut soveltuvuusvaatimukset.
