Lumenhallinnan ratkaisujen DPS (Urakkahankinnat) Helsingin kaupungin kaupunkiympäristön toimiala perustaa dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän, jonka sisällä tullaan kilpailuttamaan lumenhallinnan ratkaisujen urakkahankintoja. Dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä on voimassa vuoden 2033 loppuun saakka, ellei hankintayksikkö lyhennä tai pidennä dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kestoa. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän keston aikana kaikki kiinnostuneet ehdokkaat voivat tehdä siihen osallistumishakemuksen. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän toiminta ja kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Alustavan arvion mukaan dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisällä toteutetaan kymmeniä hankintoja tulevien vuosien aikana. Hankintojen kokonaisarvo on koko kokonaispalveluhankintojen DPS:n voimassaolon aikana yhteensä arviolta 26 000 000 euroa. Dynaamisella hankintajärjestelmällä varaudutaan tulevien vuosien hankintatarpeisiin, joita toteutetaan tavoitteiden saavuttamiseksi riittävä määrä. IN ENGLISH The City of Helsinki Urban Environment Division will establish a dynamic purchasing system within which Contracting Procurements for snow management solutions will be tendered. The dynamic purchasing system will remain valid until the end of 2033, unless the contracting entity shortens or extends the duration of the system. During the duration of the dynamic purchasing system, all interested candidates may submit a request for participation. The operation and scope of the dynamic purchasing system are described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its attachments. According to the preliminary estimate, dozens of procurements will be carried out within the dynamic purchasing system over the coming years. The total value of the procurements is estimated to be 26 000 000 EUR during the entire duration of the DPS for comprehensive service procurements. The dynamic purchasing system is designed to address procurement needs in the coming years, with a sufficient amount to achieve the objectives. This is an estimate, and the contracting authority is not committed to any specific procurement quantities. The number of procurements may be significantly lower than estimated if the objectives of the snow management system are met through other means.,
