Rakennusten purkutyöt Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy perusti kumppanirekisterin rakennusten purku-urakoille. Kumppanirekisterissä on kaksi osa-aluetta: 1. Osa-alue: Pienet kohteet, alle 300 m2; kohteet ovat omakotitalo tyyppisiä, pääsääntöisesti puurakenteisia rakennuksia. 2. Osa-alue: Suuret kohteet 300 m2 ja yli; kohteet ovat pääsääntöisesti päiväkoti- ja koulurakennuksia. Kumppanirekisteriin liittyneiden kesken tullaan kilpailuttamaan rakennusten purkutyöt kohdekohtaisesti. Tarjouspyynnöt lähetetään kumppanirekisterissä kyseisessä osa-alueessa mukana oleville yrityksille. Vertailuperusteena kilpailutuksissa käytetään pääsääntöisesti halvinta hintaa, jolloin laatu on varmistettu jo vähimmäisvaatimuksin. Tilapalvelut voi käyttää vertailussa myös esim. työturvallisuuteen ja ympäristöasioihin liittyviä laatukriteereitä. Kohdekohtaisia referenssejä ja liikevaihtovaatimuksia voidaan vaatia erityistä kokemusta vaativissa kohteissa, esim. tehdasrakennukset. Kumppanirekisterin perustamisvaihe on 31.12.2025 asti. Perustamisvaiheen aikana ei tehdä kilpailutuksia, mutta kumppanirekisteriin voi jättää osallistumishakemuksia. Kumppanirekisterin hankintavaihe on 1.1.2026-31.5.2030. Hankintavaiheen aikana järjestelmään voi edelleen jättää osallistumishakemuksia ja järjestelmään hyväksytyt ehdokkaat voivat jättää tarjouksia avautuviin sisäisiin kilpailutuksiin. Hankintayksiköllä on oikeus päättää rekisteri kyseistä ajankohtaa aiemmin tai jatkaa sen voimassaoloa pidempään.,
