Tämän dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (jäljempänä DPS) kohteena ovat tilausajopalvelut linja-autokalustolla kuljettajineen Manner-Suomessa Hansel Oy:n asiakkaille. DPS:n kohde on jaettu kahteen (2) luokkaan: 1. Kertaluontoiset tilausajopalvelut ja 2. Vakiotilausajopalvelut. DPS:n kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnössä ja sen luokkakohtaisissa liitteissä, erityisesti liitteissä "Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kohde ja ehdot". DPS:n keston aikana kaikki kiinnostuneet ehdokkaat voivat tehdä siihen osallistumishakemuksen. Ehdokas voi tehdä osallistumishakemuksen yhteen luokkaan tai kumpaankin luokkaan. Ehdokkaan tulee täyttää ehdokkaalle asetetut soveltuvuusvaatimukset sen luokan osalta, johon ehdokas tekee osallistumishakemuksen. DPS on voimassa hankintailmoituksessa ilmoitettuun päivään asti, ellei sitä keskeytetä DPS:n voimassa ollessa. Hansel Oy:n asiakkaat toteuttavat hankinnat DPS:n kyseiseen luokkaan hyväksyttyjen ehdokkaiden kesken DPS:n sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla, jotka voivat ajoittua DPS:n koko hankintavaiheen ajalle. DPS:n hankintavaihe alkaa perustamisvaiheen jälkeen (1.2.2021) ja päättyy DPS:n voimassaoloajan päättyessä. DPS:n sisäisiin kilpailutuksiin perustuvat hankintasopimukset tulee tehdä DPS:n voimassaoloaikana ja ne voivat olla voimassa enintään 31.10.2031 saakka.
