Terveydenhuollon ventilaattorit varusteineen ja tarvikkeineen, DPS Sansia Oy perustaa dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän, jonka kautta hankitaan tilaajakohtaisesti erilaisia invasiivisia ja/tai noninvasiivisia ventilaattoreita sekä niihin liittyviä muita tarvikkeita. Tämä on hankintaa koskeva osallistumispyyntö. DPS järjestelmän kautta hankitaan erilaisia ventilaattoreita useampaan käyttökohteeseen ja erikoisalalle. Ventilaattoreita hankitaan muun muassa seuraaviin käyttökohteisiin ja tutkimuksiin: anestesia, päivystys, tehohoito ja lasten tehovalvonta. Sansia Oy varaa mahdollisuuden hankkia järjestelmän kautta myös muita yllä mainittuun hankinnan kohteeseen liittyviä tarvikkeita ja laitteita. Tätä dynaamista hankintajärjestelmää voivat käyttää kaikki Sansian omistaja-asiakkaat (ajantasainen listaus https://www.sansia.fi/yritys/omistajat.html). Hankintajärjestelmään voi hakeutua tarjoajaksi koko järjestelmän voimassaoloajan jättämällä osallistumishakemuksen. Ehdokas voi jättää osallistumishakemuksen järjestelmään, vaikka kaikki edellä esimerkinomaisesti mainitut tuoteryhmät eivät sisälly ehdokkaan tuotevalikoimaan. Järjestelmään hakeutuminen ei tarkoita suoraan osallistumista hankintoihin. Vain järjestelmään hyväksytyillä ehdokkailla on oikeus tehdä tarjouksia hankintavaiheessa. Hankintasopimuskohtaiset vaatimukset, kuvaukset ja muut asiakirjat ovat nähtävillä kilpailutuksen avaushetkellä dynaamiseen järjestelmään hyväksytyille tarjoajille. Voimassa oleviin sopimuksiin eli jo kilpailutettuihin hankintoihin ei voi jättää tarjousta ennen kuin kilpailutus avataan uudelleen. Kilpailutettavat tuotteet, tuotteille asetettavat vähimmäisvaatimukset ja muut hankinnan kohteeseen liittyvät vähimmäisvaatimukset ja muut ehdot sekä tilaajat määritellään aina erikseen kulloisenkin tarpeen mukaan jokaisessa hankintajärjestelmän sisäisessä tarjouspyynnössä. Dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä päättyy 31.12.2035.,
