Jätehuollon palvelut 2020-2024 (DPS) Tämän dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kohteena on yhdyskuntajätteitä koskeva jätehuollon palvelu, jota tuotetaan sellaisille asiakkaille, joiden yhdyskuntajätteen jätehuolto ei kuulu kunnan ensisijaisen järjestämisvastuun piiriin. Jätehuoltopalvelulla tarkoitetaan tässä kiinteistöltä erikseen osoitetuista paikoista tapahtuvaa yhdyskuntajätteen keräystä, kuljetusta sekä saattamista asianmukaiseen hyödyntämistarkoitukseen tai loppukäsittelyyn. Jätehuoltopalvelu sisältää myös tarpeenmukaisesti jäteastioiden vuokrausta, jätehuoltopalvelun suunnittelua sekä jätehuoltopalvelun tuottamiseen liittyvää tarkkailua, seurantaa ja raportointia. DPS:n keston aikana kaikki kiinnostuneet ehdokkaat voivat tehdä siihen osallistumishakemuksen. DPS on voimassa hankintailmoituksessa ilmoitettuun päivään asti, ellei sitä keskeytetä tai muuteta DPS:n voimassaollessa. Hansel Oy:n asiakkaat toteuttavat hankinnat DPS:ään hyväksyttyjen ehdokkaiden kesken DPS:n sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla, jotka voivat ajoittua DPS:n koko hankintavaiheen ajalle. DPS:n hankintavaihe alkaa perustamisvaiheen jälkeen 19.10.2020 ja päättyy DPS:n voimassaoloajan päättyessä. Hankintasopimukset voivat olla voimassa enintään kuusi (6) vuotta, kuitenkin siten, että kaikki hankintasopimukset päättyvät viimeistään 31.8.2032.,
