Ikääntyneiden ympärivuorokautisen palveluasumisen hankinta Länsi-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue (jäljempänä myös Tilaaja) hankkii ikääntyneiden ympärivuorokautista palveluasumista yksityisiltä palveluntuottajilta ilmoittautumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä tarkemmin kuvatuin ehdoin. Tämä ilmoittautumispyyntö korvaa Länsi-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialueen 24.1.2024 julkaiseman ilmoittautumispyynnön 510/2022 Ikääntyneiden ympärivuorokautisen palveluasumisen hankinnasta. Tilaaja korvaa tällä hankintailmoituksella nykyisen dynaamisen toimittajarekisterin. Nykyisten Palveluntuottajien tulee ilmoittautua uudelleen ja toimittaa Tilaajalle ilmoittautumispyynnössä pyydetyt tiedot. Hankintailmoituksen 510/2022 mukainen toimittajarekisteri suljetaan vuoden 2025 aikana. Lisätietoja on liitteellä 2. "Ilmoittautumismenettelyn kuvaus" sekä liitteellä 1. "Hankinnan kohde ja palvelukonsepti". Sopimus on toistaiseksi voimassa oleva. Kaikki ilmoittautujat, jotka täyttävät ilmoittautumispyynnössä asetetut vaatimukset, valitaan Palveluntuottajiksi.
