Muuttokuljetuspalvelut 2021-2026 (DPS) Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (jäljempänä myös DPS) kohteena ovat muutto- ja tavarankuljetuspalvelut Manner-Suomen alueella Hansel Oy:n asiakkaille. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän keston aikana kaikki kiinnostuneet ehdokkaat voivat tehdä siihen osallistumishakemuksen. Dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä on voimassa hankintailmoituksessa ilmoitettuun päivään asti, ellei sitä keskeytetä tai muuteta dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän voimassaollessa. Hansel Oy:n asiakkaat toteuttavat hankinnat dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään hyväksyttyjen ehdokkaiden kesken dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisällä tehtävät hankintasopimukset voivat alkaa aikaisintaan perustamisvaiheen ja sisäisen kilpailutuksen jälkeen. Hankintasopimukset tulee tehdä ennen dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän päättymistä. Hankintasopimusten tulee päättyä viimeistään vuoden kuluttua dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän päättymisen jälkeen. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteessä 1 "Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kohde" ja liitteessä 2 "Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän ehdot".,
