Osallistumispyyntö - Junior-tason IT-osaajat (DPS) Tämän dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (jäljempänä myös "DPS") kohteena on junior-tason IT-osaajat. Hankinnan kohteena on Ruokaviraston tietojärjestelmien kehittämiseen ja ylläpitoon sekä Ruokaviraston teknologian ja infrastruktuurin kehitykseen liittyvää asiantuntijatyötä. Tässä hankinnassa haetaan ensisijaisesti junior-tason osaajia, joilla ei edellytetä olevan kokemusta hankinnan kohteena olevista työtehtävistä. Tärkeää on, että tarjotuilla osaajilla on hyvä motivaatio oppia uutta ja omaksua uusia asioita nopeasti. Sopimuskauden aikana arvioidaan hankittavan noin 1-3 osaajaa vuodessa. Hankinta sisältää tilaajalle oikeuden rekrytoida osaaja omaan organisaatioon, ilman erillistä rekrytointikorvausta, 12 kuukauden toimeksiannon jälkeen. Ruokavirasto haluaa hankinnalla löytää hyviä tulevaisuuden osaajia, joilla voidaan vahvistaa viraston omaa osaamista pitkällä tähtäimellä. Toimeksiannon aikana osaaja työskentelee osana laajempaa kehitystiimiä ja suorittaa tuloksellisesti tavanomaisia järjestelmien kehittämis- ja ylläpitotehtäviä tai teknologia- ja infrastruktuuriin liittyviä tehtäviä.,
