Toimitilojen ja asuntojen korjaus ja muutostyöt sekä ulkoalueiden hoitotyöt Kanta-Hämeen hyvinvointialue (Oma Häme) dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä sisältää erilaisia kilpailutuksia huolto-, korjaus ja muutostöistä sekä ulkoalueiden hoitotöistä. Työt tehdään hyvinvointialueen kiinteistöissä, toimitiloissa ja asuinhuoneistoissa tai asiakkaiden asunnoissa. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisällä tehdään kilpailutukset esimerkiksi seuraaviin rakennusteknisiin tehtäviin, LVI-töihin ja sähkötöihin: - Oma Hämeen toimitiloihin liittyvät muutostyöt, toimintaan liittyvät tilamuutostarpeet, pintaremontit tai vastaavat - Välivuokrakohteiden omien asuinkiinteistöjen kunnostustyöt - Vammaispalvelulain mukaiset ja muut vastaavat asunnonmuutostyöt, jotka tukevat asukkaan toimintakykyä kotona asumisessa. sekä erilaisiin kiinteistöjen ulkoalueiden hoitotöihin liittyen.
