Siivouskonerobotiikka, Polkka - Pohjois-Karjalan tukipalvelut oy Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi pyytää osallistumishakemustanne siivouskonerobotiikan osallistumispyynnön mukaisesti sopimuskaudelle 20.1.2025-31.12.2028. Osallistumishakemuksen tehneillä ja järjestelmään hyväksytyillä ehdokkailla on oikeus tehdä tarjouksia hankintavaiheen sisäisiin kilpailutuksiin. Dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä koskee robotiikkaa hyödyntävien siivouskoneiden hankintaa sekä niiden huoltamista. Robotiikkaa hyödyntävillä siivouskoneilla tarkoitetaan robottiyhdistelmäkoneita ja -imureita sekä malleja, joissa on molemmat toiminnot eli ns. hybridiyhdistelmäkoneita. Myös uusia robotiikkaa hyödyntäviä siivouskoneinnovaatioita voidaan kilpailuttaa tämän DPS:n sisällä. Siivousrobotiikkahankinnat tehdään dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisällä erillisillä tarjouspyynnöillä eli sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla, joihin kaikilla osallistumishakemuksen tehneillä ja järjestelmään hyväksytyillä ehdokkailla on oikeus tehdä tarjouksia. Koneita hankitaan ostamalla, vuokraamalla tai leasingillä, ja omistamisen malli kuvataan kilpailutusvaiheessa. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisissä kilpailutuksissa toimittajan valinta tapahtuu sisäisten kilpailutusten yhteydessä, jossa valituksi tulevan toimittajan kanssa tehdään sopimus. Sisäisen kilpailutuksen tuloksena syntyvät hankintasopimukset voivat olla voimassa ilmoitetun dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän päättymispäivän jälkeen.,
