Kumppanirekisteriin liittyneiden kesken tullaan kilpailuttamaan maanrakennusurakoista mm. pienimuotoiset maanrakennustyöt, aitatyöt, rakennusten ympärikaivuu (salaojitus, sokkelin vesieristys), hulevesijärjestelmät, syväjätekeräys sekä kiinteistöjen talotekniikkaliittymien muutostyöt. Viherrakentamisen urakoista kumppanirekisteristä tullaan kilpailuttamaan mm. pihojen pintarakenteiden uusimista, polkupyöräparkkeja, koulujen ja päiväkotien leikkivälineiden asentamista sekä kasvuston (kukat, puut ja pensaat) istuttamista.Kumppanirekisterissä on kaksi osa-aluetta: Osa-alue 1: Maanrakennustyöt Osa-alue 2: Viherrakentaminen Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy perusti kumppanirekisterin maa- ja viherrakennustöille 29.11.2024.
