Dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä: Terveydenhuollon hoito- ja yleistarvikkeet Pyydämme osallistumishakemuksia perusterveydenhuollossa ja erikoissairaanhoidossa käytettävien hoito-, hygienia- ja yleistarvikkeiden, ja tarvittaessa niihin liittyvien lisäpalveluiden dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään (DPS). Hankinnan kohteena dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (jäljempänä DPS) sisällä ovat perusterveydenhuollossa ja erikoissairaanhoidossa käytettävät hoito-, hygienia- ja yleistarvikkeet ja tarvittaessa niihin liittyvät lisäpalvelut. Hankittavat nimikkeet ja nimikekokonaisuudet määritellään tarkemmin kussakin dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisessä kilpailutuksessa. HUSin tavoitteena on hankkia joustavalla ja yksinkertaisella menettelyllä laadukkaita perusterveydenhuollossa ja erikoissairaanhoidossa käytettäviä hoito-, hygienia- ja yleistarvikkeita tukemaan HUSin ja sen kumppanien perusterveydenhuoltoa ja erikoissairaanhoitoa. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään voi jättää osallistumishakemuksia koko sen keston ajan. DPS:ään voi hakea tarjoajaksi, jos täyttää soveltuvuusvaatimukset, jotka on ilmoitettu ESPD-lomakkeessa sekä Tarjouspyynnön kohdissa "Muut ehdot" ja "Hankinnan kohteen kriteerit". DPS:ään otetaan mukaan kaikki soveltuvuusvaatimukset täyttävät ehdokkaat.
