Sote-alan henkilöstövuokraus 2021-2025 (DPS) Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (DPS) kohteena ovat sosiaali- ja terveysalan henkilöstövuokrauspalvelut sekä etävastaanottopalvelut. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän perusteella asiakkaan on mahdollista hankkia sosiaali- ja terveysalan ammattihenkilöiden tekemää vuokratyötä tuottaakseen palveluita loppukäyttäjille. Ammattihenkilöitä ovat esimerkiksi yleislääkärit, erikoislääkärit, sairaanhoitajat, terveydenhoitajat, hammaslääkärit, erikoishammaslääkärit, suuhygienistit, fysioterapeutit sekä perus- ja lähihoitajat. Edellä mainittujen ammattihenkilöiden lisäksi asiakas voi hankkia myös muiden sosiaali- ja terveysalan ammattihenkilöiden tekemää vuokratyötä. Vuokratyötä tehdään asiakkaan työnjohdon ja valvonnan alaisuudessa. Lisäksi dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kohteena ovat etävastaanottopalvelut esimerkiksi toimittajan välineitä hyödyntäen. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteissä "Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kohde" ja "Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän ehdot". Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän keston aikana kaikki kiinnostuneet ehdokkaat voivat tehdä siihen osallistumishakemuksen. Dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä on voimassa hankintailmoituksessa ilmoitettuun päivään asti, ellei sitä keskeytetä dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän voimassaollessa. Hansel Oy:n asiakkaat toteuttavat hankinnat dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään hyväksyttyjen ehdokkaiden kesken dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla, jotka voivat ajoittua dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän koko hankintavaiheen ajalle. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän hankintavaihe alkaa perustamisvaiheen jälkeen 10.11.2021 ja päättyy dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän voimassaoloajan päättyessä. Hankintasopimukset voivat olla voimassa enintään 30.9.2027 asti.,
