Nimetyillä teknologioilla toteutettavat ratkaisut, tietoliikenne- ja palvelinlaitteet sekä näihin liittyvät lisenssit ja asiantuntijapalvelut 2M-IT Oy (jäljempänä myös "Hankintayksikkö" tai "Tilaaja") perustaa dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (DPS) koskien nimetyillä teknologioilla toteutettavia ratkaisuja, tietoliikenne- ja palvelinlaitteita sekä näihin liittyviä lisenssejä ja asiantuntijapalveluja. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän mukaisia tuotteita ja palveluja tarjoavat organisaatiot voivat jättää osallistumishakemuksia dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään koko sen keston ajan. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään hyväksytään kaikki osallistumishakemuksen jättäneet ehdokkaat, jotka täyttävät ehdokkaille osallistumispyynnössä asetetut soveltuvuusvaatimukset.
