Osallistumishakemus: Kotihoitopalvelujen hankinta Kanta-Hämeen hyvinvointialue OmaHäme pyytää osallistumishakemuksia kotihoitopalvelujen tuottamiseen Kanta-Hämeen hyvinvointialueella. Kanta-Hämeen aluehallitus on 22.4.2024 § 12 päättänyt käynnistää kotihoitoa täydentävän hankinnan hyvivnvointialueella. Hankinnan tavoitteet: - Hankinta täydentää omaa palvelutuotantoa ja varmistaa asiakkaiden kotihoidon palvelujen saatavuuden - Kevennetään oman henkilöstöön kohdistuvaa työpainetta - Ostopalvelusopimukset saadaan voimaan mahdollisimman nopeasti - Hankinnalla ei sitouduta ostamaan tiettyä määrää, vaan se mahdollistaa ostot tarpeiden mukaan - Palvelu tuotetaan kustannustehokkaasti. Laatu ja vaikuttavuus vastaa tilaajan palvelukuvausta - Edistetään monituottajuutta - Hillitään kotihoidon kustannuksia, edistetään markkinoiden toimivuutta ja kilpailua - Edistetään alueiden elinvoimaisuutta - Hankintamenetelmällä hyväksytään joustavasti uusia palveluntuottajia sopimuskumppaneiksi koko sopimuskauden ajan Kotihoidon hankintoja varten Kanta-Hämeen hyvinvointialue avaa tällä osallistumishakemuksella joustavan toimittajarekisterin, johon hyväksytään palveluntuottajat jatkuvalla haulla koko toimittajarekisterin voimassaolon ajan 17.6.2029 saakka. Joustavan toimittajarekisterin kautta voidaan pyytää tarjouksia erilaisiin kotihoidon palveluihin toimittajarekisterin voimassaolon aikana. Kyseessä on kaksivaiheinen hankintatapa, joka on kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteenä "Joustavan toimittajarekisterin periaatteet". Tilaaja tulee avaamaan ensimmäisen sisäisen tarjouspyynnön toimittajarekisterin sisällä mahdollisimman pian hankintavaiheeseen siirtymisen 17.6.2024 jälkeen.,
