Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy perusti kumppanirekisterin urakkaluonteisille kiinteistöjen nosto-ovien korjaustöille. Kumppanirekisteri on voimassa 30.11.2030 asti. Hankintayksiköllä on oikeus päättää rekisteri kyseistä ajankohtaa aiemmin tai jatkaa sen voimassaoloa pidempään. Kumppanirekisteriin liittyneiden kesken tullaan kilpailuttamaan mm. kiinteistöjen ennakoitavissa olevat nosto-, liuku-, kääntö- ja rulo-ovien, sekä lastauslaiturinostinten, porttien ja puomien peruskorjaukset, -parannukset sekä uusimiset kohdekohtaisesti.
