Ajoneuvot Kuntien Hankintapalvelut KuHa Oy (jäljempänä Hankintayksikkö) perustaa dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (jäljempänä DPS) ajoneuvoista. Hankinnassa mukana olevia tilaajia ovat Kangasalan, Nokian, Oriveden ja Ylöjärven kaupungit sekä Lempäälän, Pirkkalan ja Vesilahden kunnat (jäljempänä Kehyskunnat). Tilaajia voivat olla myös edellä mainittujen kaupunkien ja kuntien tytäryhteisöt. Hankinnan kohteena ovat polttomoottori ja sähkökäyttöiset (tai näiden yhdistelmä PHEV): - henkilöautot - pienet pakettiautot - keskisuuret pakettiautot - suuret pakettiautot - lava-autot (alustamallit) - pick-up autot DPS:n sisäisissä kilpailutuksissa määritellään tarkemmin kulloinkin kilpailutettavien ajoneuvojen yksityiskohtaiset ominaisuudet. Hankintayksikkö hyväksyy järjestelmään kaikki osallistumishakemuksen jättäneet Ehdokkaat, jotka täyttävät Ehdokkaille asetetut soveltuvuusvaatimukset. Hankinnat tehdään DPS:n sisällä erillisillä tarjouspyynnöillä. DPS:n suunniteltu aloitusajankohta on 1.8.2024 ja ensimmäiset hankinnat on suunniteltu toteutettavaksi vuonna 2024. Järjestelmään voi hakeutua Ehdokkaaksi koko DPS:n voimassaoloajan. Järjestelmään hakeutuminen ei tarkoita suoraan osallistumista kilpailutettaviin hankintoihin, vaan Ehdokkaan tulee hyväksymisen jälkeen erikseen jättää tarjous avattaviin DPS:n Sisäisiin kilpailutuksiin. Hankintasopimuskohtaiset vaatimukset, kuvaukset ja muut asiakirjat ovat nähtävillä Sisäisen kilpailutuksen avaushetkellä DPS:ään hyväksytyille Ehdokkaille.,
