Hammaslaboratoriossa valmistettavat hammastekniset tuotteet Tuomi Logistiikka Oy (hankintayksikkö) perustaa Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialueen (Tilaaja) toimeksiantona dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kaltaisen menettelyn (jatkossa "DPS"), jossa hankinnan kohteena on hammaslaboratoriossa valmistettavat hammastekniset tuotteet. Kyseessä on menettely, jonka tarkoituksena on tarjota Tilaajalle mahdollisuus palvelun kilpailuttamiseen joustavalla ja tarkoituksenmukaisella tavalla. Sisäiset kilpailutukset tehdään tarvekohtaisesti. Kyseessä on sähköinen hankintamenettely, joka on hankintayksikön suunnittelema hankintalain (1397/2016) luvun 12 mukaisiin hankintoihin. Tämä on hankintaa koskeva osallistumispyyntö, johon kilpailutuksiin mukaan haluavien toimijoiden tulee jättää osallistumishakemus.
