EU-dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä: Ohjelmistokehitys, ylläpito, testaus ja hallinta Fingrid Oyj ja Fingridin tytäryhtiö Datahub Oy perustaa dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän ohjelmistokehitykseen, ylläpitoon, testaukseen ja hallintaan liittyvien asiantuntijapalveluiden hankintaan. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän aikana kaikki hankinnasta kiinnostuneet tarjoajat voivat hakea osallistumista järjestelmään täyttämällä hankintayksikön asettamat vähimmäisvaatimukset. Hankintajärjestelmään hyväksyttyjen toimittajien kesken kilpailutetaan asiantuntijapalveluja järjestelmän sisäisillä, kevennetyillä kilpailutuksilla.
