HUS-yhtymä perustaa dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (jäljempänä DPS) infuusioautomaattien ja ruiskupumppujen sekä niihin liittyvien tarvikkeiden hankkimiseen. Tämän DPS:n kohteena ovat HUSin ja muiden mukana olevien hankintayksiköiden infuusioautomaatit ja ruiskupumput. Hankittavat tuotteet määritellään tarkemmin kussakin dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisessä kilpailutuksessa. Infuusiolaitteiden dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä on voimassa 31.12.2027 saakka, ellei sitä erillisellä ilmoituksella lyhennetä tai pidennetä. Pyydämme osallistumishakemuksia infuusiolaitteiden dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään (jäljempänä myös DPS). Järjestelmästä hankitaan infuusioautomaatit ja ruiskupumput sekä näihin liittyvät laitekohtaiset tarvikkeet ja ohjelmistot. HUSin tavoitteena on hankkia joustavalla ja yksinkertaisella menettelyllä laadukkaita tarvikkeita ja tuotteita tukemaan HUSin ja sen kumppanien tehtävien täyttämistä. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmään voi jättää osallistumishakemuksia koko sen keston ajan. Se on voimassa hankintailmoituksessa ilmoitettuun päivään asti, ellei sitä keskeytetä tai muuteta dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän voimassaollessa. Varsinaiset hankinnat tehdään dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla, joissa kuvataan ja täsmennetään hankinnan kohde. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään voi hakea tarjoajaksi, jos täyttää soveltuvuusvaatimukset, jotka on ilmoitettu ESPD-lomakkeella ja kohdassa Muut ehdot. Siihen otetaan mukaan kaikki soveltuvuusvaatimukset täyttävät ehdokkaat. Dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.
