Kuntouttava työtoiminta Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue pyytää osallistumishakemuksia kuntouttavaa työtoimintaa koskevaan hankintajärjestelmään, jonka perusteella hankitaan kuntouttavan työtoiminnan ostopalveluita Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueelle 1.1.2024 - 31.12.2028. Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue hyväksyy hankintajärjestelmään kaikki hankinnan soveltuvuusvaatimukset ja vähimmäisvaatimukset täyttävät palveluntuottajat. Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue ei sitoudu mihinkään vähimmäistilausmääriin sopimuskauden aikana. Palveluita hankintaan tarpeen mukaan ja palveluista maksetaan niiden käytön mukaan. Kuntouttava työtoiminta on tarkoitettu pitkään työttömänä olleille henkilöille työllistymismahdollisuuksien ja elämänhallinnan parantamiseksi. Kuntouttavan työtoiminnan laissa säädetään siitä, kenelle kuntouttavaa työtoimintaa järjestetään. Henkilöt, jotka eivät työ- ja toimintakykynsä rajoitusten vuoksi pysty työllistymään avoimille työmarkkinoille tai osallistumaan TE-palveluihin, voivat olla kuntouttavan työtoiminnan asiakkaina. HUOM! Kuntouttavasta työtoiminnasta annetun lain (189/2001) 13 §:n 2 momentin mukaan kuntouttavaa työtoimintaa ei saa hankkia yritykseltä. Tämä ei kuitenkaan koske kuntouttavaan työtoimintaan osallistuvalle henkilölle annettavaa tukea ja ohjausta. Yritykset eivät voi jättää osallistumishakemusta, vaan ne hylätään automaattisesti. Palveluntuottaja voi hankkia kuntouttavaan työtoimintaan osallistuvalle henkilölle annettavaa yksilöohjausta alihankintana yritykseltä.,
