HUS-yhtymä perustaa dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (jäljempänä DPS) leikkaus- ja toimenpidemikroskooppien hankkimiseen. Tarvikkeita hankitaan myös olemassa oleviin laitteistoihin. Hankittavat tuotteet määritellään tarkemmin kussakin dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisessä kilpailutuksessa. Leikkaus- ja toimenpidemikroskoopit dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä on voimassa 31.12.2026 saakka, ellei sitä erillisellä ilmoituksella lyhennetä tai pidennetä. Pyydämme osallistumishakemuksia leikkaus- ja toimenpidemikroskooppien dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään (jäljempänä myös DPS). Järjestelmästä hankitaan erilaisia mikroskooppeja kirurgian tarpeisiin sekä näihin liittyvät laitekohtaiset tarvikkeet. Mikroskooppeja käytetäään muun muassa pään alueen kirurgiassa, ortopediassa, neurokirurgiassa ja verisuonikirurgiassa. Myös muiden erikoisalojen mikroskoopit hankitaan tämän järjestelmän kautta. Laboratoriokäyttöön soveltuvat mikroskoopit eivät sisälly tähän dynaamiseen järjestelmään. HUSin tavoitteena on hankkia joustavalla ja yksinkertaisella menettelyllä laadukkaita tarvikkeita ja tuotteita tukemaan HUSin ja sen kumppanien tehtävien täyttämistä. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmään voi jättää osallistumishakemuksia koko sen keston ajan. Se on voimassa hankintailmoituksessa ilmoitettuun päivään asti, ellei sitä keskeytetä tai muuteta dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän voimassaollessa. Varsinaiset hankinnat tehdään dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla, joissa kuvataan ja täsmennetään hankinnan kohde. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään voi hakea tarjoajaksi, jos täyttää soveltuvuusvaatimukset, jotka on ilmoitettu ESPD-lomakkeella ja kohdassa Muut ehdot. Siihen otetaan mukaan kaikki soveltuvuusvaatimukset täyttävät ehdokkaat. Dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.
