2M-IT Oy perustaa dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (DPS) koskien sosiaali- ja terveyshuollon erityissovelluksia, joita hyödynnetään 2M-IT Oy:n asiakkaiden organisaatioissa potilaan hoitotyössä ja toiminnanohjauksessa ydinpotilastietojärjestelmien toiminnan tukena. Erityissovellukset voivat olla myös erillisiä ja itsenäisesti toimivia, jos ne ovat lääkinnällisiä laitteita, lääkinnällisten laitteiden lisälaitteita tai muuten toimivat diagnostiikan tai hoitotyön tukena tai toiminnanohjauksessa siten, että ne eivät ole osana ydinpotilastietojärjestelmää tai asiakastietojärjestelmää. Sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon ICT-palveluja tuottavat organisaatiot voivat jättää osallistumishakemuksia dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään koko sen keston ajan. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään hyväksytään kaikki osallistumishakemuksen jättäneet ehdokkaat, jotka täyttävät ehdokkaille asetetut soveltuvuusvaatimukset.
