2M-IT Oy (jäljempänä myös "Tilaaja") perustaa dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (DPS) koskien sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon (SOTE) toiminnan kehittämisen konsultointia ja SOTE-ICT-palveluiden konsultointia. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän mukaisia palveluja tarjoavat organisaatiot voivat jättää osallistumishakemuksia dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään koko sen keston ajan. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään hyväksytään kaikki osallistumishakemuksen jättäneet ehdokkaat, jotka täyttävät ehdokkaille asetetut soveltuvuusvaatimukset. Soveltuvuusvaatimukset on kuvattu osallistumispyynnön liitteenä olevalla ESPD-lomakkeella sekä osallistumispyynnön osiossa "Muut ehdot". Dynaamisella hankintajärjestelmällä on tarkoituksena hankkia konsultointia, joka kehittää Tilaajan asiakkaiden sosiaali- ja terveydenhuoltoa ja SOTE-ICT-palveluja erityisesti asiakkaiden toiminnanmuutokseen liittyvissä tilanteissa, sekä toiminnan muutoksen yhteydessä tietojärjestelmien käyttöönottoon liittyvää konsultointia ja muita tietojärjestelmien kehittämiseen -ja käyttöönottoihin liittyviä palveluja. Hankinnat tehdään dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisällä erillisillä tarjouspyynnöillä. Hankinnan kohteena voi olla konsulttipohjainen osaaminen tai toimittajalta tarjouspyynnössä tarkemmin määriteltävä kokonais- tai osapalvelun ostaminen. Dynaamisella hankintajärjestelmällä hankitaan mm. seuraavia palveluja ja niihin liittyviä asiantuntijaresursseja • palvelumuotoilun ja toiminnankehittäminen • tuotannonohjaus- ja sen kehittäminen • SOTE- ja SOTE-ICT-arkkitehtuuri ja sen kehittäminen • tietojärjestelmien kehittämiseen- ja käyttöönottoihin liittyvät palvelut • prosessien kehittäminen ja määrittely • toiminnanmuutoksen jalkauttaminen organisaatiossa Lisätietoa osallistumispyynnön "Muut tiedot" -osiossa.
