2M-IT Oy (jäljempänä myös "Tilaaja") perustaa dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (DPS) koskien suorarekrytointipalveluja. Suorarekrytointipalveluja tarjoavat organisaatiot voivat jättää osallistumishakemuksia dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään koko sen keston ajan. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään hyväksytään kaikki osallistumishakemuksen jättäneet ehdokkaat, jotka täyttävät ehdokkaille asetetut soveltuvuusvaatimukset. Soveltuvuusvaatimukset on kuvattu osallistumispyynnön liitteenä olevalla ESPD-lomakkeella sekä osallistumispyynnön osiossa "Muut ehdot". Hankinnat tehdään dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisällä erillisillä tarjouspyynnöillä. Dynaamisella hankintajärjestelmällä hankitaan mm. seuraavia suorarekrytointipalveluja: johdon suorahakuja ja asiantuntijatason suorahakuja; mm. hankejohtaja, ICT-arkkitehti, lakimies, erikseen määritetty korkean tason ICT-asiantuntija (esim. kyberturva, tiedolla johtaminen). Lisäksi hankittavat rekrytointipalvelut voivat olla ns. hybridihakuja, joissa yhdistetään esimerkiksi suorahakua ja some/mediahakua.
