Tämän dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (DPS) kohteena ovat suomenkielisten oppimateriaalien kustannustoimitus ja kuvatoimitus Opetushallitukselle (OPH). DPS:n kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteessä 1 "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus". Ks. kohta II.1.4) "Lyhyt kuvaus". Hankinnan kohteena olevien palvelujen hankintamenettelynä on dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä (jäljempänä DPS). Ks. lisätietoja DPS:stä osallistumispyynnön kohdasta "Muut tiedot". DPS:n keston aikana kaikki kiinnostuneet toimittajat voivat tehdä siihen osallistumishakemuksen. DPS on voimassa hankintailmoituksessa ilmoitettuun päivään asti, ellei sitä keskeytetä tai muuteta DPS:n voimassaollessa. OPH toteuttaa hankinnat DPS:ään hyväksyttyjen ehdokkaiden kesken DPS:n sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla, jotka voivat ajoittua DPS:n koko hankintavaiheen ajalle. DPS:n hankintavaihe alkaa perustamisvaiheen jälkeen 12.4.2021 ja päättyy DPS:n voimassaoloajan päättyessä. OPH varaa mahdollisuuden sulkea DPS tilapäisesti, esim. loma-aikoina, mikäli julkisia hankintoja koskeva lainsäädäntö sen sallii.
