Tämän dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (DPS) kohteena ovat työterveyshuollon palvelut sekä niitä tukevat lisäpalvelut Hansel Oy:n asiakkaille (erityisesti kunnille, kuntayhtymille ja seurakunnille). DPS:n kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteessä "Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kohde ja ehdot". Tämän dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (DPS) kohteena ovat työterveyshuollon palvelut sekä niitä tukevat lisäpalvelut Hansel Oy:n asiakkaille (erityisesti kunnille, kuntayhtymille ja seurakunnille). Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän keston aikana kaikki kiinnostuneet ehdokkaat voivat hakea osallistumista järjestelmään. DPS on voimassa hankintailmoituksessa ilmoitettuun päivään asti, ellei sitä keskeytetä tai muuteta DPS:n voimassaollessa. Hanselin asiakkaat toteuttavat hankinnat dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään hyväksyttyjen toimittajien kesken DPS:n sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla. Asiakkaiden sisäiset kilpailutukset voivat ajoittua koko dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän voimassaoloajalle. Hankintasopimukset tulee tehdä ennen dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän päättymistä. Hankintasopimukset voivat olla voimassa enintään kuusi (6) vuotta, kuitenkin siten, että kaikki hankintasopimukset päättyvät viimeistään 31.12.2028.
