Kyseessä on dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä kiinteistöjen ylläpitopalveluiden hankinnasta Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialueelle. Tuomi Logistiikka Oy perustaa Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialueen toimeksiannosta dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kiinteistöjen ylläpitopalveluiden hankinnasta. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään hyväksytään kaikki osallistumishakemuksen lähettäneet ja soveltuvuusvaatimukset täyttävät ehdokkaat. Järjestelmään voi hakeutua sen koko voimassaoloajan. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään liittyminen ei velvoita ehdokasta osallistumaan dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisiin kilpailutuksiin. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään liittyminen ei tarkoita suoraan osallistumista kilpailutuksiin, vaan hyväksymisen jälkeen tulee erikseen jättää tarjous sisäisiin kilpailutuksiin.
