Tällä ilmoituksella perustetaan dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä. Hankinnan kohteena dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (jäljempänä DPS) sisällä ovat invasiiviset kardiologiset tarvikkeet. Dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä kattaa mm. invasiivisessa kardiologiassa käytettäviä erilaisia tarvikkeita ja tarvittaessa niihin liittyviä lisäpalveluita kuten koulutus-, kaupintavarastointi- tms. palveluita. Hankittavat tarvikkeet määritellään tarkemmin kussakin dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisessä kilpailutuksessa. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kesto on 48 kuukautta. Pyydämme osallistumishakemuksia invasiivisten kardiologisten tarvikkeiden dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään (DPS). HUSin tavoitteena on hankkia joustavalla menettelyllä laadukkaita invasiivisen kardiologian tarvikkeita tukemaan HUSin ja sen kumppanien tehtävien täyttämistä. DPS:ään voi jättää osallistumishakemuksia koko sen keston ajan. DPS:ään otetaan mukaan kaikki soveltuvuusvaatimukset täyttävät ehdokkaat. Varsinaiset hankinnat tehdään dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla, joissa kuvataan ja täsmennetään hankinnan kohde. DPS:ään voi hakea tarjoajaksi, jos täyttää soveltuvuusvaatimukset, jotka on ilmoitettu ESPD-lomakkeessa sekä kohdissa "Tarjouspyynnön muut ehdot" ja "Hankinnan kohteen kriteerit".
