Kuntien Tiera Oy kilpailuttaa eri puolella Suomea olevien asiakkaidensa puolesta kattavat teleoperaattoripalvelut. Palvelut koostuvat liittymä-, liikenne- ja mobiilidata palveluista ja niiden käyttöä täydentävistä operaattoripalveluista. Palvelukokonaisuuksissa huomioidaan myös tulevien hyvinvointialueiden vaatimuksia. Kilpailutuksella mahdollistamme asiakkaalle kilpailukykyiset hinnat, joustavan sopimuksen ja asiakaskokoon skaalautuvan palvelukokonaisuuden. Hankita tulee koostumaa mm. seuraavista osa-alueista: 1.
