Helsingin ja Uudenmaan Sairaanhoitopiirin kuntayhtymä perustaa dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (jäljempänä DPS) kattokeskuksien hankkimiseen. Tarvikkeita hankitaan myös olemassa oleviin laitteistoihin. Hankittavat tuotteet määritellään tarkemmin kussakin dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisessä kilpailutuksessa. Kattokeskukset dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä on voimassa 31.12.2026 saakka, ellei sitä erillisellä ilmoituksella lyhennetä tai pidennetä. Pyydämme osallistumishakemuksia kattokeskuksien dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään (jäljempänä myös DPS). Järjestelmästä hankitaan kirurgiset kattokeskukset ja anestesiakattokeskukset sekä näihin liittyvät laitekohtaiset tarvikkeet. HUSin tavoitteena on hankkia joustavalla ja yksinkertaisella menettelyllä laadukkaita tarvikkeita ja tuotteita tukemaan HUSin ja sen kumppanien tehtävien täyttämistä. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmään voi jättää osallistumishakemuksia koko sen keston ajan. Se on voimassa hankintailmoituksessa ilmoitettuun päivään asti, ellei sitä keskeytetä tai muuteta dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän voimassaollessa. Varsinaiset hankinnat tehdään dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla, joissa kuvataan ja täsmennetään hankinnan kohde. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään voi hakea tarjoajaksi, jos täyttää soveltuvuusvaatimukset, jotka on ilmoitettu ESPD-lomakkeella ja kohdassa Muut ehdot. Siihen otetaan mukaan kaikki soveltuvuusvaatimukset täyttävät ehdokkaat. Dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.
